Disclaimer
This disclaimer governs the information published on this website and the expectations you should reasonably hold about our services. Where you have signed a service agreement with us, that agreement and our terms and conditions take precedence over anything here.
1. General information only
The content on this website is published for general information about what we do. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and we may change any part of it without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms part of a contract unless it is repeated in a signed service agreement.
2. The Busywork Audit is an estimate, not an assessment
The Busywork Audit calculates its result purely from the hours you type into it. It does not inspect your business, verify anything you enter, or account for your particular circumstances. It is a prompt for thought about where your week goes, and it is deliberately simple.
The hours and monetary figures it produces are illustrative. They are not a forecast, a valuation, a promise of savings, or a substitute for looking properly at your own numbers. Do not make a purchasing or staffing decision on the strength of it alone.
3. Figures, examples and case material
Any results, timescales or savings mentioned on this site describe what has been achieved in particular circumstances, or what we consider realistically achievable. They are not typical, not guaranteed, and not a representation that you will achieve the same. What an AI system is worth to a business depends on that business — its processes, its data, its people and how consistently the system is used.
Example scenarios and sample conversations shown on this site are illustrative. They use generic or fictional material, contain no client-confidential information, and any resemblance to a specific organisation is coincidental.
4. The AI Strategy Call
The AI Strategy Call is a free, exploratory conversation. Views we express on it about what could be automated, how long it might take, or what it might be worth are preliminary opinions formed on limited information. They are not advice you should rely on, not a quotation, and not binding on either of us.
5. What AI can and cannot do
The systems we build use AI models supplied by third parties. You should understand their nature before relying on them:
- AI models are probabilistic. They can produce output that is confident, fluent and wrong.
- They can misread context, miss nuance, and fail on inputs unlike those they have seen before.
- Their behaviour can change when the underlying provider updates a model, in ways outside our control.
- They are not a substitute for human judgement on decisions that carry legal, financial, safety or reputational weight.
We design systems to keep a human in the loop where the stakes justify it, and we will tell you where we think that line sits. Deciding what your business ultimately relies on, and what it checks, remains yours. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before it is acted on or sent to your customers.
6. The voice assistant on this site
The voice assistant on our home page is a live demonstration. It is there to show how a voice agent behaves, not to give reliable information about our services, pricing or availability. It can be wrong, and nothing it says binds us. Treat the written pages of this site, and anything we confirm to you in writing, as authoritative. How it handles what you say is set out in our privacy policy.
7. No professional advice
Nothing on this website or said in the course of our discussions constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment or other regulated professional advice. Where your situation calls for it — and it will, particularly around employment, data protection and sector regulation — take advice from a qualified professional.
8. Your business decisions remain yours
Decisions about how to run your business, what to automate, what to keep in human hands, and how to treat your staff and customers are yours alone. We are not liable for business outcomes that follow from those decisions, including revenue or profit that does not materialise, integration difficulty with systems we did not build, or how your customers respond to automated contact.
9. Third-party services and links
Our systems depend on third-party platforms and models, and this site links to third-party websites. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Where a third-party service changes or withdraws, we will work with you on an alternative under your service agreement, but we cannot guarantee an equivalent one will exist.
10. Website availability
We do not warrant that this website will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we accept no liability for downtime, transmission errors, or problems arising from your own connection, browser or hardware. Availability commitments for a system we build and run for you, if any, are those written into your service agreement — not this page.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability under an engagement is governed by section 17 of our terms and conditions.
12. Changes
We may amend this disclaimer at any time by updating this page. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
13. Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Portugal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
