What this policy covers
This policy explains what Results2Go ("we", "us", "our"), of Rua do Viveiro, Lagoa, Portugal, stores on your device when you visit this website, and what third-party services the site loads.
The short version
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any form of cross-site tracking. We do not sell or share your browsing data. The only thing on this site that needs your permission is the Calendly booking widget, and you can decline it without losing the ability to book a call.
What we store on your device
One item, stored in your browser's local storage rather than as a cookie:
- r2g-consent — records whether you allowed or declined the Calendly booking widget, so we don't ask again on every page. First-party, kept for twelve months, after which we ask again. Strictly necessary: without it we could not honour your choice.
This is the only thing we write to your device. It contains no identifier, no account, and nothing that can be linked back to you personally.
The Calendly booking widget
We use Calendly to let you book an AI Strategy Call. When the widget is embedded in one of our pages, Calendly sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and browser information.
Because of that, we do not load it until you allow it:
- If you allow it, the widget loads and booking opens in a panel on our page.
- If you decline, or haven't decided yet, nothing from Calendly is loaded. Booking links instead open Calendly's own site in a new tab, where their own privacy notice and cookie banner apply.
Either way you can book a call. Declining only changes where the booking form appears.
Other services this site uses
These do not set cookies on our site, but they do involve a request to a third party, so they're listed here for completeness:
- Web3Forms — used only on the Busywork Audit page, and only at the moment you submit your name and email. It delivers that submission to our inbox.
- Vapi — powers the voice assistant on our home page. Nothing is sent until you actively start a conversation by pressing the microphone button.
Typefaces
The fonts this site uses are served from our own servers. They are not loaded from Google Fonts or any other font service, so displaying this page sends nothing to a third party and reveals your IP address to nobody but us.
What we don't do
- No Google Analytics or any other analytics platform
- No advertising, remarketing, or conversion-tracking pixels
- No social media trackers or share buttons
- No profiling, and no automated decision-making about you
- No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties for their own purposes
Changing your mind
Select Cookie settings in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your choice. Declining after previously allowing the widget stops it loading on any page you visit from then on. To remove cookies Calendly has already set, clear them through your browser.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each publish instructions in their help pages. Blocking site data entirely will prevent us storing your consent choice, so the banner will reappear on each visit.
Legal basis
Storing the consent record is necessary to provide a service you have asked for, and is exempt from the consent requirement under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Portugal by Lei n.º 41/2004. Loading the Calendly widget relies on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time as described above.

Changes to this policy
If we add a service that stores anything further on your device, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before that service loads.
