Cookie Policy

What this policy covers

This policy explains what Results2Go ("we", "us", "our"), of Rua do Viveiro, Lagoa, Portugal, stores on your device when you visit this website, and what third-party services the site loads.

The short version

We use no advertising cookies and run no cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share your browsing data. Two things need your permission, and one question covers both: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Both stay switched off until you allow them, and declining costs you nothing — every page works the same, and you can still book a call.

What we store on your device

One item, stored in your browser's local storage rather than as a cookie:

  • r2g-consent — records whether you allowed or declined analytics, so we don't ask again on every page. First-party, kept for twelve months, after which we ask again. Strictly necessary: without it we could not honour your choice.

It contains no identifier, no account, and nothing that can be linked back to you personally. It is the only thing we write to your device unless you allow analytics, in which case Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies of their own — described below.

Booking a call

We use Calendly for booking an AI Strategy Call, but it is not embedded in this site and sets nothing here. Every booking link is an ordinary link that opens Calendly's own site in a new tab, where their privacy notice and their cookie banner apply, not ours.

Because nothing from Calendly loads on our pages, there is nothing here to consent to.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people actually read, so we can write more of what helps and less of what does not.

It is not loaded until you allow it. Decline, or simply ignore the banner, and no Google script is requested and no Google cookie is set.

  • If you allow it, Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) so it can tell one visit from another. They last twelve months, the same as your consent record, and your IP address is not stored.
  • If you decline, or have not decided yet, nothing is loaded and nothing is set.
  • If you change your mind later, we delete those cookies for you and stop loading it from then on.

We use it to count and group visits, and for nothing else. No advertising, no remarketing, no profiling, and Google Signals is switched off.

Microsoft Clarity

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how people move through a page — where they click, how far they scroll, and where they give up — so we can fix what gets in the way. It records those movements as a replay and a heatmap. Text you type into forms is masked before it leaves your browser.

It sits behind the same question as Google Analytics, and nothing from Clarity loads until you allow it.

  • If you allow it, Clarity sets two first-party cookies: _clck, which tells a returning visit from a new one and lasts up to twelve months, and _clsk, which ties the pages of one visit together and lasts a day. Microsoft may also set its own cookies on its clarity.ms domain.
  • If you decline, or have not decided yet, nothing is loaded and nothing is set.
  • If you change your mind later, we tell Clarity to stop, delete its cookies on our site, and stop loading it from then on.

We use it to improve the site, and for nothing else. No advertising, and no ad-storage consent is ever given to Microsoft.

Other services this site uses

These do not set cookies on our site, but they do involve a request to a third party, so they're listed here for completeness:

  • Web3Forms — used only on the Busywork Audit page, and only at the moment you submit your name and email. It delivers that submission to our inbox.
  • Vapi — powers the voice assistant on our home page. Nothing is sent until you actively start a conversation by pressing the microphone button.
  • Vercel Web Analytics — counts page views on every page. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. To tell one visitor from another within a single day it derives a temporary hash instead, and discards it daily, so it cannot follow you between visits or recognise you anywhere else. Because it cannot identify you, it needs no consent and there is nothing to switch off.

Typefaces

The fonts this site uses are served from our own servers. They are not loaded from Google Fonts or any other font service, so displaying this page sends nothing to a third party and reveals your IP address to nobody but us.

What we don't do

  • No analytics of any kind unless you allow it, and none of it used for advertising or profiling
  • No advertising, remarketing, or conversion-tracking pixels
  • No social media trackers or share buttons
  • No profiling, and no automated decision-making about you
  • No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties for their own purposes

Changing your mind

Select Cookie settings on this page to reopen the banner and change your answer. Declining after previously allowing stops Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity loading on any page you visit from then on, and we delete their cookies for you.

Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each publish instructions in their help pages. Blocking site data entirely will prevent us storing your consent choice, so the banner will reappear on each visit.

Legal basis

Storing the consent record is necessary to provide a service you have asked for, and is exempt from the consent requirement under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Portugal by Lei n.º 41/2004. Loading Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity relies on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time as described above. Vercel Web Analytics stores nothing on your device and so falls outside that requirement.

If we add a service that stores anything further on your device, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before that service loads.
